3.4 Employees and Associates. Employees of phiwin, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, technology providers, game suppliers, and their immediate family members are prohibited from holding active player accounts or participating in real-money gaming on the Platform.
4.1 One Account Policy. Each natural person may hold only one active Account on the phiwin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 4.2 Accuracy of Information. 4.5 Refusal of Registration. phiwin reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where phiwin suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms or applicable law.
5.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 Notification of Breach. You must notify phiwin immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. phiwin cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
5.3 Two-Factor Authentication. phiwin strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via their registered Philippine mobile number. phiwin may require 2FA verification for high-value withdrawals or when suspicious login activity is detected.
5.4 Liability. Any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals processed through your Account before phiwin has been notified of any security breach shall be treated as having been authorised by you, and phiwin shall have no liability in respect thereof.
6.1 Accepted Methods. phiwin accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Accepted methods are subject to change and the current list is displayed on the Platform. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100) unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
6.3 Fees. phiwin does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may impose their own transaction fees, for which phiwin bears no responsibility.
6.4 Currency. The phiwin Wallet operates exclusively in Philippine Peso. phiwin does not accept deposits in foreign currency. Any foreign currency transaction initiated by the Player will be subject to conversion by the relevant payment provider prior to reaching the phiwin Wallet, and any conversion fees or rate differences are the Player's responsibility.
6.5 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the rightful owner of the funds deposited; (b) the funds are not derived from any illegal, fraudulent, or money-laundering activity; and (c) you are using your own registered payment method and not acting on behalf of any third party.
6.6 Anti-Money Laundering. phiwin complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules. Suspicious transactions are reported to the appropriate authorities. phiwin cooperates fully with any investigation by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) or PAGCOR.
7.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed after the completion of KYC verification. phiwin will not process any withdrawal request from an Account that has not undergone identity verification, regardless of the amount requested.
7.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100), unless otherwise stated. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
7.3 Processing Times. phiwin aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: GCash and PayMaya — approximately five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank — two (2) to four (4) business hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during public holidays, peak periods, or where additional verification is required.
7.4 Same Payment Method. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit unless an exception is approved by phiwin's finance team. This policy is maintained as an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.
7.5 Right to Withhold. phiwin reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where: (a) there is an ongoing investigation into suspected fraudulent activity; (b) the account has not completed KYC; (c) there is a pending bonus wagering requirement not yet fulfilled; or (d) phiwin is required to do so under applicable law or PAGCOR directive.
8.1 General Terms. phiwin may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional offers to players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms prevail.
8.2 Eligibility. Unless otherwise stated, bonus offers are available to verified players who have made at least one qualifying real-money deposit. phiwin reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any player from any promotion without prior notice.
8.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any portion of the bonus balance may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of any remaining Bonus Funds.

In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, phiwin's records shall be the authoritative source.
9.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a software or technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, phiwin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' Wallets. phiwin shall have no further liability in respect of malfunctions beyond the return of the staked amount.
9.3 Erroneous Odds or Game Settings. If phiwin becomes aware that odds, payouts, or game settings have been displayed or offered in error — whether due to human error or technical fault — phiwin reserves the right to void affected bets. Where practicable, phiwin will notify affected players of such voiding.
9.4 RNG Certification. All random number generators (RNGs) used in phiwin games are certified by independent third-party auditing organisations. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are provided by game developers and are independently verified where applicable.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phiwin Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

12.1 Ownership. 13.1 Platform Availability. phiwin aims to provide continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, network outages, or events beyond phiwin's control.
13.2 Exclusion of Losses. To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, phiwin shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated earnings; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; (c) loss of data or gaming session progress due to technical malfunction; (d) losses arising from third-party payment provider failures or delays; or (e) losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
13.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, phiwin's total liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 No Warranty. The phiwin Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phiwin disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law.
14.1 Suspension by phiwin. phiwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity is suspected; (c) there is reason to believe the Account is being operated by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age; (d) required to do so by PAGCOR directive or court order; or (e) the Account has been inactive for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.
14.2 Balance Handling on Suspension. Where an Account is suspended for investigation, access to funds will be restricted pending the outcome. Where a breach is confirmed, phiwin may void outstanding balances in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR guidelines. Where suspension is found to be unjustified, full balance access will be restored.
14.3 Closure by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting phiwin support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
15.1 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or disagreement arising from your use of the phiwin Platform, you are encouraged to contact phiwin's customer support team in the first instance via live chat or email at [email protected]. phiwin commits to acknowledging all written complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
15.2 Escalation to PAGCOR. If you are not satisfied with phiwin's resolution of any complaint, and the matter falls within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, you may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR through its official channels. phiwin cooperates fully with all PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.
15.3 Finality of Game Outcomes. All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or physical live dealer equipment and are final. Disputes regarding game outcomes will only be considered where there is clear evidence of a system malfunction, as determined by phiwin's technical team in consultation with the relevant game provider.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to your access or use of the phiwin Platform shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable PAGCOR regulations, PAGCOR regulations shall prevail.

Where changes are material, phiwin will use reasonable efforts to notify active players via their registered email address or via a notification displayed upon next login.
Your continued use of the phiwin Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.3.
